2) Press (Ctrl key + N) to open NEW/DUPLICATE INTERNET EXPLORER windows. See pix below:

-> Open/Execute Internet Explorer windows as usual (click on IE icon).

-> Internet Explorer windows opened as pix below.

-> Press (Ctrl + N) and new/duplicate Internet Explorer windows will opened as shows below.
